  • Group Medical

We offer an extensive array of medical plans. Please call (480) 767-8500 for quotes and more information.

  • Group Dental

Many employers provide dental insurance as it is the most requested benefit after medical insurance.  Most recently, employers are offering dental coverage on a voluntary basis rather than employer paid.  Some insurance companies allow for more than one plan as allowing for flexibility that meets the needs of each employee.

  • Group Vision

This is an attractive benefit for employers to offer because it provides for eye exams, frames, lenses and contact lenses at a very reasonable cost.  It can be employer sponsored or voluntary.

  • Group Long Term and Short Term Disability

Disability coverage is designed to help replace a portion of your income due to a sickness or accidental injury that kept you from working.  While most people insure their lives and material assets, many overlook the need to protect one of their most valuable assets—their ability to work and earn a living.

  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment
  • Group Life Insurance

When employers provide this coverage employees appreciate the protection value it provides their family.  Employers may also provide optional group life coverage that the employee can purchase on a voluntary basis.  This type of coverage is usually less expensive then the employee can purchase individually and may provide some guarantee insurability that the employee could not get because of health situations.

  • Group Long Term Care

This is the type of care one receives either at home or in a facility.  You can purchase insurance that will help pay for someone who requires assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing due to advanced age, an illness or accident.  It also helps pay for some of the nursing home costs.
